Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).2.(A) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience of the lift .(B) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing of similar nature works amounting minimum of Taka 7.00 lakh of Government/ Semi Government in a single tender during the last 03 (three) years The above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by: (i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be Executive Engineer PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.(C)The tenderer must submit a'Spare Parts Supplier Certificate' of the existing lift brand on site from the manufacturer.(i)Tenderer must submitte site visit certificate by the autherize officer.(ii)Tender must have manufacturer autherization letter from the (Xizi unite China and Orona Spain ) Lift and must have submitted with tender proposal.3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 lakh.in the last 5 (five) years.4.The minimum amount of liquid asset...
