Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall have to submit the following documents alonng with the tender: 1) Experience certificate with work order of successfully completed yearly contract basis maintenance and servicing of split, window and package type air-conditioner in any govt./semi govt./autonomous body-s office/factory/hospital amounting BDT 25.0 lac only in two years within last ten years.2) The experience of the bidder shall have to be yearly contract basis maintenance and servicing of cooling equipments by supplying all required accessories, spares, materials and the full time manpower.3) Rate analysis mentioning the manpower cost and proposed number of compressor (new/repair), circuit breaker, magnetic contact, gas cylinder, etc to be supplied in 02 years.4) Site visit declaration by the bidder.5) Signed and sealed copy of attached terms and conditions (Please see section: 8 Particular specifications)6) Must have workshop facilities in Dhaka city. In this regard following documents must be submitted with the offer:a) Declaration regarding workshop facilities.b) Number of supervisors, technicians with name, qualification and experience.c) List of tools (Must have air-compressors, pressure/service pumps, gas recovery system, etc.).d) Documents of facility to use oxygen and nitrogen gas welding set and cylinder from BOC/Dealers in the name of the bidder (Minimum 02 sets).7) Pick up van in the name of the bidder or in the name of MD/CEO/ Director of the bidder. Photocopies of blue book and fitness certificate to be provided to justify it. Or,An agreement with any transportation company as to provide transportation facilities as and when required for carrying A/C and other cooling equipments from site to workshop and vice versa.
