  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderer shall have to submit experience certificate with work order of successfully completed yearly contract basis maintenance and servicing of split, window, cold room and package type air-conditioner in any govt./semi govt./autonomous body-s office/factory/hospital amounting BDT 25.0 lac only in two years.b) Bidders must have a minimum of two years- experience in similar work.c) List of similar works, which have been done by the contractor during last 05 (Five) years.d) The experience of the bidder shall have to be yearly contract basis maintenance and servicing of cooling equipment-s by supplying all required accessories, spares, materials and full-time manpower.e) Rate analysis mentioning the manpower cost and number of compressor (new/repair), circuit breaker, magnetic contact, gas cylinder, etc to be supplied in 02 years.f) Must have workshop facilities in Dhaka city. In this regard following documents must be submitted with the offer:1) Declaration regarding workshop facilities.2) Number of supervisors, technicians with name, qualification and experience.3) List of tools (Must have air-compressors, pressure/service pumps, gas recovery system, etc.).4) Documents of facility to use oxygen gas welding set and cylinder from BOC/Dealers in the name of the bidder (Minimum 02 sets).5) Documents of facility to use nitrogen set and cylinder form BOC/Dealers in the name of the b...
