Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. Tenderer shall have the experience in similar nature (Yearly emergency maintenance) works of a minimum value of Tk.6,00,000.00 (Taka Six Lac) only under a single contract over a period of 5 (Five) years.02. Tenderer shall have the average annual turnover of greater than taka Tk.10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac) only over the last 3 years.03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6,00,000.00 (Six Lac) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit.04.Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.05.The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract.06.The tenderer shall have valid updated trade license, BIN certificate, Income Tax certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and ABC electric license.07.If any tenderer doing 2(two) or more yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv, 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.08.If any tenderer doing 2(two) DSS works Or 1(one) DSS work and 1(one) installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv, 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.09. If any tenderer doing (DSS/yearly emergency works) which have only 60 days remaining contract days will not be treated as running contract.10.All other terms & conditions are available in the Tender document.
