Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 03 (Five) years of general experience as 1st class contractor. 2. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of at least 1 (One) contract(s) of yearly repair & maintenance of 11 kv/0.415 kv distribution line, 11 kv/0.415 kv distribution transformers works or DSS works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.7,00,000/- (Seven Lac only) which must be supported by work completion certificate from respective PE. Years will be counted back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal,3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 5,00,000/- (Five lac) only over last three (03) fiscal years which will be supported by payment certificate or completion certificate or audited financial statement (by listed firms of ICAB).4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall beTk. 5,00,000/- (Five lac) only, supported by bank solvency certificate mentioning the required amount, credit commitment by bank or bank guarantee. Bank Statement will not be considered.5. No joint venture will be allowed.6.
