Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The Tenderer must have general experience of 5 (Five) years.02. The tenderer must have working experience of civil construction works or civil repair and maintenance works or road/soil excavation works under govt/semi govt/Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka 16.00 (Sixteen Lakh) only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 5 (five) years.03. The required average turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only over the last 3 (three) years.04. The minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only Which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not before the tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PW3-7).05. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.06. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.07. Tenderer Must submit up-to-date valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate with Income TAX return certificate/acknowledgment slip.
