Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a. General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.b. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.c. The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer at least 01 (one) contract of similar work completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 05.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 6.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 05.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annualconstruction turnover.f. The tender capacity is Tk 5.00 Lac. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.g. The tenderer must have sole distributorship certificate and spare parts supply assurance certificate from any lift manufacturer company.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
