Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade Licenser, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.b. General experience of the Contractor shall have be 5(Five) years experience of Operation & Maintenance & servicing of Lift.c. The minimum specific experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work of Lift Operation, Servicing and Maintenance work in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 7.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years. (years Counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form without any alternation & must be Unconditional) of Tk. 5.00 Lac. Others formats/documents are not acceptable.e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 5.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.f. The tender capacity is Tk. 7.00 Lac. Supporting documents must be submitted.g.The Tenderer must have solo distributorship certificate and spare parts supply assurance certificate from the lift manufacturer company such as Orona (Spain),Witture (Germany),MacPuarsa (Spain), Movi (Italy) or equivalent product manufactured and tested in Japan/ EU countries/ UK/USA.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
