Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility Criteriaa) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of similar work of BDT 2.0 (Two) lac at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh. (i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not below the Rank of Executive.c) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 13 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Boardd) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitents, is BDT 1.0 lac.e)The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor certifate of the lift brand Movi (Italy) and should enclose the same certificate with tender document.f) Certfiacte from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift brand Movi (Italy) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the tender.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents
