Eligibility of Tenderer : This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(a) General experience: Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience.(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing of similar nature works amounting minimum of Taka 3.0 lac of Government/ Semi-Government in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) yearsThe above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by:(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be Executive Engineer PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.(c) Average annual construction turnover during the last five years in Taka 3.00 lac.(d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 3.00 lac. [Only Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank-s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)] issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days before(e) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR, and VAT Registration Certificate.(f) Updated ABC Electric contractor license and Electric supervisory license from the Electric licensing board, Government of Bangladesh(g) Updated ABC-Category Electrical contractor and supervisory license from the Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (h) The tenderer must submit a 'Spare Parts Supplier Certificate' of the existing lift brand on site from the manufacturer. (i) Installation experience of the existing lift brand is required..
