Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the electro-mechanical works as a Prime Contractor Shall be 3 years.2. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift operation & maintenance work of at least Tk 3.25 Lac in a single contract under the Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required AACT shall be greater than Tk. 3.25 Lac in the last 3 years. i. In case of the Work Done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii. In case of the Similar Nature of Work under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization other than PWD, the certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 3.25 lac. [Shall submit Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank-s undertaking for Line of Credit in Form PW2a-3] issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days before the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender is allowed].
