Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tenders is opened to all eligible tenderers are as mentioned below :-1. Similar nature of work means completion of Operation & Maintenance of Central Air-Conditioning Systems works valued at least Tk.90.00 (Taka Ninety Lakh Only) Lakh in a single contract under Public Sector. 2. The required average annual construction Turnover will be minimum Tk.124.00 (Taka One Hundred and Twenty Four Lakh Only) Lakh over the period of last 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper/e-GP Website. Average annual construction Turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Public Sector i.e. Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies will only be considered. 3. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer will be Tk.60.00 (Taka Sixty Lakh Only) Lakh. 4. The minimum Tender Capacity will be Tk.100.00 (Taka One Hundred Lakh Only) Lakh.5. The Tenderer must be Submitted Certificate of 05 (Five) years Experience at least 500TR Each X 3 Nos i.e. 1500 Ton Capacity Magnetic Bearing Chiller Operation & Maintenance Works of Central Air-Conditioning Systems under Public Sector. Private works will not be taken into Consideration.6. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Valid Trade License, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up-to-date Valid HED enlistment paper.7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents. 8. The Tenderer must have Sole Agencyship Certificate and Spare Supply Assurance Certificate from Respective Climaveneta Brand Chiller Manufacturer.9. NOA will be issued after the administrative approval from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
