Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Experience certificate along with the work order of yearly contract basis operation, maintenance, and servicing of minimum 02 Nos. passenger lift including supply & installation of spare parts in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Commercial organization/Hospital satisfactorily at least 02 years within the last 05 years having contract value minimum BDT 10.0 Lakh (Ten lakh) only. The certificate must be issued by an official, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.b) List of similar works, which have been done by the contractor during last 05 (Five) years.c) The authorization/consent letter from the respective lift manufacturers or their authorized agents in Bangladesh mentioning that the manufacturer will provide the spare parts and render service/support (if required) for the lifts of Biman through the bidder.d) The bidder shall have to quote the rate of spare parts in the attached list and submit it with the tender. (Please see section: 8, Particular Specifications)e) Signed copy of attached terms and conditions (Please see section: 8, Particular Specifications).f) List of qualified manpower of the bidder and full bio-data of the proposed lift operators who will be deputed in Biman.
