Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This tender is open to all eligible tenderers as outlined below:(a) General Experience: Reputed contractors/bonafide firms with a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience.(b) Specific Experience: Firms must have experience in successfully completing similar nature works worth at least BDT 12.00 Lac for Government/Semi-Government projects in a single tender during the last 5 (five) years.The certificate of successful completion for similar nature works must be issued by:(i) In case of work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) In case of work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Non-PWD project, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, and it must be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD in the respective district/area where the work was done.(c) Average Annual Construction Turnover during the last five years must be at least BDT 14.00 Lac.(d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets, Working Capital, or Credit Facilities for the tenderer shall be BDT 14.00 Lac. Only the Letter of Credit (Form PW2a-3), issued not earlier than 28 days before the original deadline for submission, will be accepted. Submission of Bank Solvency Certificates or Bank Statements will not be entertained.(e) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR, and VAT Registration Certificate must be provided.(f) Updated ABC Electrical Contractor License and Electrical Supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh, are required.(g) All other qualifications, terms, and conditions as outlined in the Tender Documents and Tender Data Sheet (TDS) must be adhered to. Necessary supporting documents should be submitted with the tender.
