Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01 (one) number lift of MACPAURSA Brand/equivalent brand valued not less than Tk. 7.0 (seven) Lac only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.3. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk [11.00 (eleven) Lac] during the last [5(Five)] years.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 7.00 (seven) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate bearing specific tender ID and name of the works (Form PW2a-3).5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate6. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPAURSA) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.7. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (MACPAURSA) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
