Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of Operation and maintecance work of Lift worth not less than Tk 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). Private works shall not be considered.b) The tenderder must have average annual construction turn over greater than Tk 20 (Twenty) Lakh during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be Considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). Private works shall not be considered.c) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capacity Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh.d) The tenderder must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, Updated ABC/BC category Electrical license & Supervisory Licensee) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.f) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
