Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The Tenderer shall have to provide Valid Trade License, Valid Tax Identification number (TIN) and VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement as a proof of liquid assets.2) The Tenderer shall have to provide proper documents reflecting experience on related works for last three years.3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of Bank draft / Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.4) The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
