Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Specific Experience: Work Experience certificate of satisfactory completion of yearly contract basis maintenance and servicing works of IP based CC camera system comprising at least 200 (Two Hundred) Nos IP cameras for minimum 01(one) Year within last five years amounting to taka 12.0(Twelve lakh) only in any Govt, /Semi GOVT./Autonomous/Multinational company/Bank/Hospital in Bangladesh (Certificate must be issued by an official not below rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer.b) List of similar works, which have been done by the contactor during last 05 (Five) years.c) List of project in hand (ongoing project).d) List of qualified engineer & technician who will be engaged with the work, attach bio-data mentioning the experience, certification, NID, Photo, etc.e) Bidder must have minimum 02(Two) engineers having Cisco certification and training on CCTV system from original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).f) List of tools possessed by the bidder must be attached with the tender which should include splicing machine, optical Time Reflectometer (OTDR) machine, Scaffoldings, Ladder, hammer drill. etc.g) Signed and sealed copy of attached terms and conditions (Please see Section: 8 Particular Specifications)
