Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience will be charged accordingly of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience of Contractor in lift related maintenance works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac in the last 05 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Unconditional Liquid asset or cash flow/credit facilities shall be Tk.2 lakh. Credit commitment should be submitted otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC, Combined/1st class License.6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD of CPTU .All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
