Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.2. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of work of at least Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Nine lac) only in a single contract over a period of last 05(Five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt/ Autonomous/ Govt. owned companies is required; years counting back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal which will be supported by work order along with work completion certificate from the PE.3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten lac) only over last three (03) years which will be supported by audit report or a statement showing year wise turnover along with work order and completion certificate.4. Tenderer shall have liquid asset i.e working capital or credit lines of tk. 8,00,000.00 (Eight lac) only, supported by bank solvency certificate/ bank guarantee/ credit facilities from the bank issued after the publication of IFT.5. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, VAT Registration certificate (BIN), Valid e-TIN (With acknowledgement slip/ certificate) and Valid ABC & Supervisory License.6. If any tenderer is doing 2(two) yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4 kV overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.7. If any tenderer is doing 2(two) DSS work or 1(one) DSS work and 1(one) emergency maintenance work in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.8. Joint venture will not be allowed.9. All other terms and conditions will be followed as given in the tender Document.
