Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience.2. Tenderer shall have the experiance of similar nature of work of at least Tk.7,00,000/-(Seven Lac) only in a single contract over aperiod of last 05(Five) years in Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous/ Govt. owned companies is required; which will be supported bywork order along with work completion certificate from the PE.3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk.5,00,000/-(Five lac) only over last three (03) years which will besupported by audit report or a statement showing year wise turnover along with work order and completion certificate.4. Tenderer shall have liquid asset i.e working capital or credit lines of Tk.8,00,000/-(Eight lac) only,in form of Letter ofCommitment form Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5) or Bank Statement.5. The tenderer shall have up dated valid trade license, VAT Registration certificate (BIN),Valid e-TIN (With acknowledge slip/certificate).6. Valid ABC Catagory Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisor License from Electricity Licencing Board.7. If any tenderer have 2 (two) yearly emergency installation , repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kVoverhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC, they will not be eligible for this tender.8.
