  Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible supplier/distributor/manufacturer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works.b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work of at least Tk. 5,50,000 under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8,50,000 over the last 5(five) years(*). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover.d) Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of minimum Tk. 7,00,000.e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from the NBR.h) Up to date valid Trade license.i) Others qualification stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)j) PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 shall be followed
