Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Actual tenderer having-1. Up to date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate2. Experience certificate of completion of Air cooler repair works in any power station of Tk. 10 (Ten) Lac or more with in last 5 (Five) years in a single contract.3. Service technician must have experience of working with Hiref PWM type air cooler, experience certificate to be issued by End user (must be from a Power Station or Government Entity), the certificate must contain e-mail detalis for verification during evaluation stage, if the certificate is can not verified the tender of the tenderder will be rejected.4. Biodata and experience certificate of Service Technician will to be submitted along with the tender, additionally there must be a written commitment that the Repair person will work with the tenderer if the tenderer is awarded.
