Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers who have:i. Not been prevented by order of any judicial court from entering into and/or signing a contract with the procuring entity.ii. Minimum last 03 (Three) years of general experience preceding the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.iii. The minimum specific experience ( (Work completion certificate along with NOA & workorder should be submitted) as Supplier in Air-Cooler supply & installation/ repair/maintenance/servicing works of at least single contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten) lac in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Reputed private organizations. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.iv. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 14 (Fourteen) lac. Documents should be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.v) Declaration of resolving the problem within 24 (twenty-four) hours after receiving a complaint (Via mail/letter/verbal) from the procuring entity.vi) Up-to-date ABC electrical contractory license of the bidding entity /BC Supervisory license of technical personnel working in the bidding entity from Electrical Licensing Board of the Govt.
