Eligibility of Tenderer : Must have experience in Meteorological/Climate data analysis and forecast/summary related apps/software development.Must have experience in automated dissemination system Apps/Software desktop category to cloud server system conversion & Meteorological data acquisition sub system conversion software/apps within last 3 years.Must have experience in Government automation in preparation of advisory.Must have experience in any government Portal by incorporation of Meteorological/ Agro- meteorological/ Hydrological data base and information system development.One running Government Web and data portal development/Upgradation, functioning and integration with Bangla & English Language.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 (Two) completed contract value within 03 years at least BDT 50,00000/-(BDT Fifty Lac) only and 01(One) running contract value at least BDT 50,00000/-(BDT Fifty Lac only.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:a) Bidder Updated trade license.b) Bidder Updated VAT & BIN Certificate.c) Bidder TIN and last income tax Certificate of the last assessment year.d) Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder's authority.e) In Technical Specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed.f) ISO 9001:2015 certificate.g) CMMI Maturity Level 3 Certificate.h) IEC 27001: 2013 Certificate.i) BASIS Membership Certificate.j) Joint venture is not allowed.
