Project Name : Modernization of Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy Shishu Park Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature (Tender ID No. should be mentioned as per e-Gp System), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years a value of at least Tk. 12.00 crore.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 crore over the last 03 (three) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 crore.e) The Bidder must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate,f) Registration certificate from NBR,g) Trade license.h) National ID along with the tender.i) The tenderer shall have to submit ABC license.
