  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : As per ITT & TDSThe minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works with pile Foundation for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk. 1200.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years. (Years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 300.00 lac.The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 13.00 Crores over the last 05 (five) Years. (Years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: BDT 15.00 Crore.The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.All contractors of the Education Engineering Department who have accepted the work order but have not started their work without a valid reason, or those who have not shown satisfactory progress without a valid reason, will be considered non-responsive.Contractors who conceal information about the ongoing work of the Education Engineering Department will be considered non-responsive.Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
