Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2023-2024/ 2024-2025ii. Tax Identification Number (TIN)iii. VAT / BIN Registration Number/ Certificateiv. up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document 2023-2024/ 2024-2025v. NIDviii. Bank solvency certificate.ix. Original Catalogue /Drawing must have submitted.x. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.xii. Minimum Experience Certificate of taka 5 lakh in favor of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices within last 3 years.xiii) Minimum liquid asset of 5 lakh or more ( supported by Audit report / bank statement / credit commitment)xiv)Bidder should provide list of fast consumable /replaceable items with current price ( including vat, tax, installation and functioning cost) and another list of slow consumable/replaceable items with current price ( including vat, tax, installation and functioning cost). This declared price will be fixed for running financial year. This price will not be changed in following 2 financial years also except valid reason. Valid reason means change in dollar rate or government vat tax policy. 119.88 taka for one dollar found from BB website on 9/12/24 will be considering as base dollar exchange rate for this regard. Dollar rate of 1st July of every financial year will be taken as dollar rate of that year.
