Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least TK 350000.00 (Three lakhs fifty thousand) under 1 of contract over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.2.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 300000.00 (Theree lakhs) over the last 05 years.Tenders must be provided all work completion certificates against payment certificates otherwise tender will be rejected.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000 (Two lakhs )4. The minimum Tender capacity shall be TK 350000.00 (Three lakhs fifty thousand)5. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will entertain.6. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive7. Quantity of tender item may increase or decrease or fully cancel.
