Project Name : Repair/Renovation of Govt. Educational Institutions
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer must have minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] Having specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (one) number of building works in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. Minimum Tk 40.00 Lakh ( Forty Lakh) in the last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (Along with the work order and completion certificate should be enclosed).b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PW3 -7) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 50.00 Lakh (Fifty lakh) only.c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.d) Other Criteria are Sta...
