Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3 (Three) yearsof general experience in Construction works.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)number of similar nature of construction works worth not less than Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03(Three)years.(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnoverduring last 03(Three) years amounting of Tk. 40.00 ( Fourty)Lakh..(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets ie working capital/credit line of thetenderer shall be TK. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh only in the form of PW2a-3 (Letterof Commitment) only, supported by Bank certificate; should be counted 28(Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and BIN/ VATRegistration Certificate(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tenderdocuments must be fulfilled.Special Instructions:(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT clause no.30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percentabove or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.(B) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shallbe selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause no.30.4. Soall tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITTclause no.30.4 (form e-PW2-2[A]).(C) No JVCA is allowed.
