Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 years of overall experience.(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion of at least 01 (one) civil construction / repair work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 6.00 Lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completioncertificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.(c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 20.00 Lakh. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 5.00 Lakh. Working capital or credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)" which is attached in Tender Document (Section-08). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.(e) The required minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 7.00 Lakhs(f) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt. /Semi-Govt. /Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.(g) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, etc.(h) Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled
