Project Name : Development of Academic Buildings & Establishment of Residential Building at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 3 (Three) years within the last 5 years. 3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 4.0 (Four point Zero) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh . years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 6.00 (Six point Zero) Crore. Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be Tk 2.00(Two) Crore.6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 6.00 (Six point Zero) Crore.7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate 8. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & on-going works. All Necessary supporting documents and certificates must be submitted.
