• Project Name : Implementation of essential incomplete work of PFD, HEF, IFM, HRD and SWPMM
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works shall be 5 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ii. A satisfactory completion of minimum 1 (One) RCC Building Construction Work of at least Tk 300.00 Lac under 01 contract over a period of last 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaperiii. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 265.00 Lac over the last 05 financial years. Only payment certificated will be considered for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years. Any payment certificate of JV contract shall have to be substantiated with adequate evidence/document of JV percentage share.iv. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.200.00 (Two Hundred) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender b.
