Project Name : Construction of Armory for Ansar & VDP (40 nos at 1st Phase) (2nd revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 37.00 Lakh(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 38 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2a of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 37 Lakh.(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 52 Lakh.(6) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Trade License(ii) TIN Certificate(iii) VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(7) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
