Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 5 Years of General Experience in Construction Works.B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(One) contract of RCC frame structure building construction work successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 42.00 Lac (Forty Two Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 65.00 Lac (Sixty Five Lac) over the last 5 (Five) financial years or best 5(Five) years in the last 10(Ten) financial year. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in favor of construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40.00 Lac (Forty Lac).
