INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderer must have the experience of supplying vehicles for 3 (Three) years in any Ministry/ division/ authority/ agency/ government company/ government organization/ government project/consultants organization of the foreign aided project. b) Tenderer must have experience of one completed contract of Supplying Vehicle on rent basis with a value of at least Taka 85 (Eighty Five) Lakh in last 5(Five) years.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets/current capital/ Bank Loan facility shall be at least taka 8 (Eight) Lakh. d) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shell be at least of the amount of taka 15 (Fifteen) Lakh over the best 3 (Three) Years of The last 5 (Five) Years.e) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Law.f) Tenderer shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh. g) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of Law and regulations of Bangladesh.
