Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have up to date and valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate .2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor .3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (One) contract of Building construction or repair & maintenance work under government/semi-government/autonomous organizations each with a value of minimum Tk. 50.0 (Fifty) Lakh within last 05 (Five) years with successfully completion certificates. 4. The Tenderer shall have the ABC/BC/C Category Electrical Supervisory up to date valid License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 31.0 (Thirty one) Lakh with any government schedule Bank.6. The tenderer shall have an average annual construction turnover in the public sector of more than Tk 44.0 (Forty-four) lakh over the last five (05) financial years, or the best three (03) years within the last five (05) financial years.7. The tenderer shall have minimum Tender capacity Tk. 47.0 (Fourty seven) Lakh.8.
