Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have up to date and valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate.2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor .3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) contract of Building construction or repair & maintenance work under government/semi-government/autonomous organizations each with a value of minimum Tk. 11.0 (eleven) lakh within last 05 (five) years with successfully completion certificates. 5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 9.0 (nine) lakh with any government-scheduled Bank.6. The tenderer shall have an average annual construction turnover in the public sector of more than Tk 11.0 (eleven) lakh over the last 05 (five) financial years, or the best 03 (three) years within the last 05 (five) financial years.7. The tenderer shall have minimum Tender capacity Tk. 11.0 (eleven) lakh.8. The Tenderer shall have audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the past 02 (two) years.9. Other Eligibility of Tenderer specified in the TDS.
