Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Contractors registered on e-GP Web Portal from CPTU and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document ePW2.2) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the Tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).3) The provisions laid down in "Public Procurement Regulation 2008" (Amended- 2009) for procurement of the works will be binding upon the contractors.4) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim of extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.5) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim of extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.6) The liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer should be submitted as per Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3).Regarding this, Form PW2a-3 is uploaded in Section 7 (General Specification).
