Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:i) Copy of national ID card.ii) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (with 13 Digit BIN Number), Current Trade License and Current income Tax Certificate along with e-TIN Number.iii) Copy of recent inclusion certificate into the list of Gas Pipeline Contractor with PGCL or enlistment certificate with any other company of Petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories.iv) Copy of NOA/Work Order/Contract Agreement and work Completion Certificate of Government / semi Government / autonomous body for the last 10(ten) years for computing Specific experience and Annual construction turnover.v) Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of minimum Tk 40,00,000 (Forty Lac) only (issued by the bank not earlier than twenty 28 (eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders).vi) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two) Lac only.vii) List of Manpower (along with national ID, educational & experience certificate) and essential equipment-s with proper documents.
