Brief Description of Works : Urban Greening Landscape work for the purpose of making an Urban Forest at Banani, Dhaka with 02 (Two) years of maintenance activities.Urban Afforestation (Ready Forest) works along the Dhaka (Banani)--Joydebpur- Mymensingh (N-3) National Highway, from Banani Kamal Atatartuk Avenue to Banani Road No. 27, on the unused land situated on the eastern side of Airport Road.The works shall include, but not be limited to: Clearing and preparation of the designated site; Supply and planting of approved indigenous tree, shrub, and groundcover species; Implementation of landscaping, soil improvement, mulching, and protective measures; Maintenance of planted saplings during the contract period to ensure survival and healthy growth . All works shall be executed in accordance with relevant government guidelines, environmental standards, and approved designs, to establish a sustainable and functional urban green corridor.Total works will be carried out with 02 (Two) years of maintenance activity.
