Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3(Three) years.(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of works of repair and rennovation of civil and sanitary works in Hospitals of Tk. 3.50 (Three point five zero) Lacs in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 (Three) years.(3)The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction trunover during last 5 (Five) years of TK 21.00 (Twenty one) Lacs Payment Certificate must be submitted as Turnover.(4) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the tender shall be TK.04.50 (Four point five zero) Lacs. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(5) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK.04.50 (Four point five zero) Lacs(6) Tender's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.(7) The tender must posses: (1) Up-to-date income tax clearence certificate (2) Valid VAT registration certificate (3) Up-to-date trade license 4) Up-to-date TIN (5) Up-to-date PWD enlistment license.(8) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document
