Eligibility of Tenderer : The contractor must submit the following documents while submittingthe tender documents for the described package works.1. Similar work experience (Last 3 years) with a value of at least Tk.- 75,00,000 (Seventy Five Lac Taka) only. (Similar work shall mean RCC Drain AndRoad work only)2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.-1, 50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lac Taka) only Last 3 years .3. TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or creditfacilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. - 80, 00,000 (Eighty Lac Taka) only.4. The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk. =80, 00,000 (Eighty LacTaka) only.5. Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN,Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025). otherwise Tenderer will be consideredas Non-Responsive.6. Up-to-date Contractor License7. Construction Project Manager/Engineer & others staff (key personnel) withtheir backgrounds.8. Equipments (Concrete Mixture machine, Vibrator machine etc)with papers.9.Please include Environmental Plan (EMP) and Social Management Plan(SMP) as part of the Tender Document.10.
