Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Only updated valid enlisted contractors of eGP system will be eligible subject to fulfilling the conditions of TDS and payment will be made subject to LGCRRP fund ‍availability or accessibility. The salvage amount is fixed [1,85,572/-] and no changes shall be allowedSpecial clause for LIPWDuring implementation the Contractor has to create employment opportunities for semi-skilled and unskilled poor daily laborers living in the ULGLs, or those who have migrated from villages in search of better livelihoods, but do not have much scope of regular, certain, and secured jobs considering Guidelines for Labor Intensive Public Works for LGCRRP as identified schemes for fulfil the objective of LIPW for LGCRRP. For compliance of LIPW a format of declaration is attached in the Particular specification (Attachment-01). The Winning Tenderer has to submit the declaration before the singing of the ContractSpecial clause for LIPWWinning Tenderer will follow the Guidelines for Labor Intensive Public Works for LGCRRP as accordingly in the identified schemes during the implementation of the works
