Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:1. Successfully completed at least 1 (One) similar construction works under any Govt./ semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last 05 years (counted from the date of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 15.00 lakh as Prime Contractor / Subcontractor / Management Contractor. In Case of works done under PWD, the certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer. In Case of works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.2. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk 50.00 (fifty) Lac only over the last 05 years supported by payment certificate issued by the competent authority.3. Minimum Liquid assets/credit facility of Tk. 15.00 lakh. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (in tender document), without any alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.4. Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 15.00 lakh.5. Tenderer will submit Updated Trade License, TIN/Tax Return Document, VAT Registration Document and Updated ABC & Supervisory License.5. Evaluation will be conducted according to the latest PPR rules and its amendments and Tenderers are expected to submit their rates/documents accordingly.6. Time Barred conditions & other eligibility requirements for the tender are mentioned in Tender Documents.
