Project Name : Implementation of essential incomplete work of PFD, HEF, IFM, HRD and SWPMM
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.2. Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Frame structure Works including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works of Government /semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.65.00 (Sixty-Five) Lakh in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.56.00 (Fifty-Six) Lakh. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & contract form (Form e-PW2A-8)5.
