Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of maintenance & servicing of fire detection & protection system in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk. 7.50 lakh within the last 3 (Three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concern department/Organization.(c) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk. 10.00 lakh. The credit facility certificate must be submitted according to the prescribed format.(d) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.(e) Up-to-date valid trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate have to be submitted.(f) Distributorship Certificate/Manufacturer Authorization letter of fire detection system from Simplex should be submitted.(f) Distributorship Certificate/Manufacturer Authorization letter for diesel pump from Clarke should be submitted.(g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender document.(h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Pr... - Documents:
