  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:(a) The tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion experience of 11KV HT work or similar work of at least Tk 30.00 Lakhs under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75.0 Lakhs. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.(c) The required minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 Lakhs. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)" which is attached in Tender Data Sheet [ITT Clause 10(b)].
