Project Name : Up-gradation of Sarkari Karmachari Hospital to 500 bedded Hospital (2nd revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in arboriculture works.(b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similiar nature of work of minimum Tk 25.00 Lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 40.00 Lac during last 5 (five) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The tenderer must have a minimum Credit line (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 30.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 30.00 Lac.(f) The Tenderer must possess: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license(g)Tenderer-s having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten) percent above or below the Official Cost Estimate shall be rej...
